I graduated this past weekend from UCSD. It is crazy to look back and think how time has passed. Thinking I wouldn’t make it through. Asking for one more day, giving another day of your life. In this place you call education. But what do you learn?
You learn about how to live with yourself. How to not be afraid to explore new opportunities and possibilities. Meeting new people and staying away from others.
College is a place to utilize your knowledge and then apply it to real life and never give up on knowing more.
Even when the pain was real and looking back to fifth grade. You know you always wanted to be there. So be where you are now because this is a journey and not a destination.
Take it one day at a time. I know I would say this.
Even in relationships, you think they’re the one and you end up with none. Take it with a grain of salt, it’ll make you numb. Sometimes it’s good to run. Never want to be stopped that’s why we keep going.
Now that I’m done, I yearn to get more undone. New adventures never begun.
