Ginger Snaps

Guess what guys, I discovered a vegan bakery that is only 2 blocks from my house (closer than Whole Foods)! You know what that means, I can have my cake and eat it too. woo hoo!

Just kidding. I mean seriously, I couldnrt believe everything was vegan. I had to clarify that three times. I purchased a few cupcakes as it was buy three get on free. Like wow, bogo on cupcakes. How great is that. They also had pretty good ginger snaps. I don’t know if people like ginger snaps, but I thought these were delicious so Id share.

But seriously no more sweets. this is not a cooking channel.

This was during the winter time in Las Vegas. This was hiking at the Fire canyon. It’s a must see location for nature lovers and all. Don’t let the sun fool you though, the desert gets super cold at night. I don’t think I’ve been anywhere that cold to be honest. I’m definitely a summer person now.

Being from San Diego, I am used to the sun, but nowadays with global warming and all, the days seem to be less bright. I wonder why…

So lets appreciate those summer days.
